We, at Care52 believe in constantly exceeding our clients expectations. Unlike many other IT solutions providers out there, we do not believe in promising more and delivering less. When a client comes forward with a project, we take our time in analyzing it in minute detail while holding simultaneous discussions with the clients regarding the projects requirements, scope, business vision, budget, etc.
After a through analysis of the project, we create a features list for the client for their approval. Only once we are assured that the project is completely clear to us and we understand all of the clients needs and expectation, do we go ahead and submit an estimate to the client. Additionally, we furnish the client with regular updates on the development cycle of the project from start to completion.
What is the minimum qualification required to apply at Care52?
You need to be BSC/MSC/BE/MCA, or equivalent, to be a part of Care52. We also give preference to candidates who have undertaken Post Graduation Diploma courses like CDAC and other CDAC equivalent courses.
What is the recruitment process at Care52?
Less than 2 years experience: Written test on: General Aptitude,Technical Test (Skill-set specific) & Practical Test (Skill-set specific) 3 to 5 years experience: General Aptitude & Technical test (Skill-set specific)
Your school/college grades and performance in our written tests are the primary factor in further processing of your candidature. Successful candidates are then put through a technical interview.
5+ years of relevant experience: Direct technical interview - 2 rounds
All those who clear technical interviews are forwarded for HR interview.
